Before I was a professional hockey player, before I was a two time Division 1 All American, I was a kid who got cut. What changed wasn't my talent. It was my process. Years in my driveway. Thousands of reps with a stick, a bucket of pucks, and a net. Nobody watching. Nobody pushing me. Just me and the work.
But one thing I wish I had sooner was a mentor with a plan. I didn't get that blueprint until college and it changed everything.
This program combines both pieces. The structured driveway work that built me and the mentorship I wish I had from day one. I am 29 years old and I still work in my driveway every single day. That is where elite players are made.

HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1 - Pick Your Level

STEP 2 - Get Access to the App
Once you subscribe, you'll receive instructions to access your Trainerize app. Your scheduled skill workouts will be waiting for you inside.
STEP 3 - Do The Work
Complete your skill workouts. Colin can see if you haven't. Give feedback through the app so he can adjust your programming to fit your schedule and needs.
STEP 4 - Show up Live
Every month, jump on a live remote group skills session led by Colin. Every month, jump on a live remote group development call as well. These are where the real growth happens.

Struggling with a skill? Shoot me a message and we can figure it out through the app. I am always staying connected with my athletes.

Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching calls with Colin during the off-season to connect on your training and development. When the season starts, those calls shift to individual game film review so Colin can break down your shifts and sharpen your hockey IQ. Option to add Off-ice develop

It starts with a 1:1 onboarding call with Colin to break down your player's strengths, weaknesses, and goals, so he can build a fully custom program around your athlete from day one.
From there, you get weekly 1:1 development calls with Colin, including individual game film review every single week. This is the closest thing to having a personal coach in your corner every day.
It gets better. We tailor the skills portion and get your athlete stronger with off-ice strength training created by Randy Young, the same trainer Colin uses for his own off-ice development. Whether all you have access to is bodyweight movements or a full gym, we will build a plan that gets your athlete better
